Metaceler is a one-person studio. The person who scopes the problem is the person who designs the architecture, writes the code, secures the database, and answers your email. There are no account managers, no handoffs, and no layer between you and the work.
That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Most software gets worse every time it passes between people — context leaks out at each boundary, and the person who understands the problem is rarely the person who builds the solution. Here they're the same person. What you discuss is what gets built, by someone who actually holds the whole thing in their head.
What that looks like in practice

Every conversation is with the person doing the work. Decisions don't get relayed through a project manager and lose their meaning on the way.

One of these systems was put through a 64-year backtest specifically to find out whether its core assumption was false — and reported back that it was. That's the standard: test the assumption before building on top of it, and tell the truth about what the data says.

TicketDesk runs in production across six venues, with access control scoped and verified per location. The same care goes into everything, whether it's live yet or still in architecture.
